Breathwork retreat with Frank Roser at the Alpenresort Schwarz on the Mieminger Plateau
24–27 April 2025

"When you change the way you breathe, you change your life. Discover the power of breathing and how it can help you reduce stress, allow yourself to feel your emotions, find clarity and realise your full potential."
Do you feel joy and fulfilment in your life and in the things you do? Joy is an incredible feeling. When it’s there, pretty much everything else can be missing. But without joy, even the greatest luxury is of no use. Through various breathwork sessions and meditations, you’ll delve deeper into your inner self and sense what you truly need right now. Let go of stress, stop the whirlwind of thoughts, allow yourself to feel your emotions, and invite joy into your life.
This retreat is for you if you …
- are prepared to be completely honest with yourself,
- wish for more joy in your life
- if you want to take a close look at where you are right now,
- want to find out what makes you happy and fulfilled.
In this challenge, you’ll …
- take the time to think carefully about what joy means to you,
- Dealing with emotions,
- define what a happy life means to you,
- Recharge your strength and energy through breathing.
About Frank Rosner
Frank Roser is a breathwork, meditation and life coach, an American football coach and a keynote speaker.
Born and raised in Königsbrunn near Augsburg, he discovered his passion for coaching at an early age. Whilst studying to become a teacher, he also worked as an American football coach and personal trainer. His aim had always been to turn his passion into a career and work as an American football coach in the USA.
After several work placements with university and professional teams, he took up a coaching role at The University of Texas at El Paso. Two years later, his path led him to Japan, where he also worked as a coach. During this time, he discovered the power of breathing for himself.
Through breathwork, Frank found much greater clarity and serenity, and remained significantly calmer in stressful situations. After returning to Germany, he completed training to become a certified Yin Yoga teacher and breathwork coach. The opportunity to live and work in different countries helped him to get to know people from all over the world and from a wide variety of cultures.
