The Wellnesshotel Eggerwirt****s attaches great importance to a comprehensive fitness and yoga programme that is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. Two modern fitness rooms are available on a total of 300 m²: The room of strength - equipped with a variety of state-of-the-art TechnoGym machines for targeted strength and cardio training. The room of light - a light-flooded area without equipment, perfect for yoga, stretching and functional training on the mat.
The weekly changing activity programme includes regenerative gymnastics methods such as spinal gymnastics, aqua fun and water gymnastics as well as body power units such as body art, body fight, abdominal-leg-butt, body styling, fat burner and step gymnastics.
